Beet Pesto Dip

Makes
1 cup (250 mL)
  • Ingredients
    • ¼ cup low fat mayonnaise (60 mL)
    • ¼ cup low fat sour cream (60 mL)
    • ½ cup beet pesto (125 mL)
    • 2 tsp lemon zest (10 mL)
    • 2 – 3  tsp freshly chopped dill (10 - 15 mL)
  • Directions
    1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
    2. Serve with a variety of fresh vegetables.
