Pomegranate molasses isn't molasses at all. It's more of a thick, tangy syrup made from pomegranate juice. Try something new like this Pomegranate dressing with fresh squeezed orange juice, honey and canola oil!

  • Ingredients
    • 1/2 cup canola oil (125 mL)
    • 2 Tbsp pomegranate molasses (30 mL)
    • 2 Tbsp fresh squeezed orange juice (30 mL)
    • 1 tsp honey (5 mL)
    • 1 garlic clove, minced (1)
  • Directions
    1. In a glass jar with a resealable lid, place all ingredients and shake vigorously until well-mixed. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Keep in the refrigerator for 3-5 days.
