Depending on where you live in Canada, your rhubarb could be just popping up or ready to harvest. Check your garden, is the rhubarb up?  This past weekend I was able to harvest just enough stalks from my backyard to make a cake for my family.  Your plant just might be ready for a few early, tender stalks too!
