Chocolate Mint Crackle Cookies | www.canolaeatwell.comChocolate Mint Crinkle Cookies

The perfect addition to your holiday baking repertoire. Remember the dough will need to chill for a minimum of 1.5 hours. These brownie like cookies are made with melted chocolate for an extra fudge-like texture. Baking with canola oil ensures moist results.

Canola Tip: When baking a recipe that calls for vegetable oil, use canola oil.

Chocolate Chip Orange Shortbread | www.canolaeatwell.comChocolate Chip Orange Shortbread

Shortbread or technically shortcake, because we used a vegetable fat, originated in Scotland and has become a holiday staple in many homes. This firm biscuit holds its shape after cooling and is easy to dress up with a chocolate drizzle and pretty packaging.

Canola Tip: When melting chocolate add 1-2 tsp of canola oil before melting to keep it smooth and easy to dip or drizzle!
