In Chinese culture, a Lunar New Year tradition is to show love and appreciation through gifting and celebration. The Lunar New Year falls on February 12 this year and the celebrations may continue for several days after. And so, in celebration, we are extending gratitude on behalf of our farmers to Chinese restaurants across the country for choosing canola oil in their kitchens!
