With ingredients already in your kitchen this salad dressing makes any salad taste even better. With only 4 ingredients, you can whip up a homemade dressing in minutes. Drizzle on grilled or roasted vegetables or it can be your go-to do-it-yourself (DIY) salad dressing for your favourite everyday salad.

  • Ingredients
    • 1/4 cup canola oil (60 mL)
    • 2 Tbsp Balsamic Vinegar (30 mL)
    • 1 ½ tsp Dijon mustard (7 mL)
    • 1/4 tsp each salt and ground black pepper (1 mL)
  • Directions
    1. In a container with a tight fitting lid, combine canola oil, vinegar, mustard, salt, pepper and shake well. Refrigerate.  Use within 2 or 3 days.
