Chimi Sauce

Chimi Sauce

Chimichurri is an Argentenian sauce made with fresh parsley, cilantro, garlic and canola oil served with steak. Its zesty flavour brings out the best of grilled steak, pork, chicken and even salmon. Can be used as a marinade drizzled on after grilling. Try it this summer with fresh herbs!
