Ginger and Soy Dressing

No more buying salad dressings at the store when you can make this recipe at home! Just add the seven simple ingredients in a jar and shake, shake, shake! There you have it, a delicious Ginger and Soy Dressing!

  • Ingredients
    • 1/2 cup canola oil (125 mL)
    • 1 Tbsp yellow miso paste (15 mL)
    • 1 Tbsp low-sodium soy sauce (15 mL)
    • 1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar (15 mL)
    • 1 tsp honey (5 mL)
    • 1 tsp fresh peeled ginger root, finely minced (5 mL)
    • 1 tsp fresh garlic, finely minced (5 mL)
  • Directions
    1. In a glass jar with a resealable lid, place all ingredients and shake vigorously until well-mixed. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Keep in the refrigerator for 3-5 days.
