Green Pesto Salad

This salad is quick, simple and oh so delicious! With only 5 ingredients it's a snap to make and a great way to get your greens in!

  • Ingredients
    • 1 (10 oz) bag mixed salad greens (284 g)
    • 1 cup frozen baby peas, thawed (250 mL)
    • ¼ cup canola oil (60 mL)
    • ¼ cup prepared basil pesto (60 mL)
    • 2 Tbsp vinegar (30 mL)
  • Directions
    1. Combine lettuce and peas in a large salad bowl.
    2. In a separate small bowl, combine remaining ingredients and mix well.
    3. Pour dressing over top of salad ingredients in large bowl and toss lightly.
