- 1 (10 oz) bag mixed salad greens (284 g)
- 1 cup frozen baby peas, thawed (250 mL)
- ¼ cup canola oil (60 mL)
- ¼ cup prepared basil pesto (60 mL)
- 2 Tbsp vinegar (30 mL)

- Combine lettuce and peas in a large salad bowl.
- In a separate small bowl, combine remaining ingredients and mix well.
- Pour dressing over top of salad ingredients in large bowl and toss lightly.
