- 1/4 cup canola oil (60 mL)
- 1/4 cup Shiraz red wine (60 mL)
- 1/4 cup prepared horseradish (60 mL)
- 2 Tbsp grainy Dijon mustard (30 mL)
- 1 Tbsp chopped Italian parsley (15 mL)
- ¼ tsp salt (1mL)
- ¼ tsp pepper (1mL)
- 4, 8 oz sirloin steaks (250 g)

- In a mixing bowl; add canola oil, wine, horseradish, mustard and parsley. Whisk to combine.
- Pour marinade into a plastic resealable bag and add steaks.
- Seal bag and ensure steaks are evenly coated in marinade; place in refrigerator for 4 to 6 hours. ).
- Remove steaks from bag and discard any remaining marinade.
- Preheat barbeque. Lightly oil grates before grilling steaks.
- Grill to desired doneness.
