- 1 orange, juiced (1)
- 1/4 lemon, juiced (1/4)
- 2 Tbsp canola oil (30 mL)
- 1 Tbsp white wine vinegar (15 mL)
- 1/2 Tbsp maple syrup (7 mL)
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon (.5 mL)
- 1/8 tsp ground pepper (.5 mL)
- 1/8 tsp salt (.5 mL)

- In a container with a tight fitting lid, combine canola oil, orange juice, lemon juice, white wine vinegar, maple syrup, cinnamon, salt, pepper, and shake well. Refrigerate. Use within 2 or 3 days.

Maple Citrus Vinaigrette
This is a simple salad dressing that goes well with dark greens like spinach or kale. Add is some orange slices or segments and why not top with your favourite nut like pecan or walnut for a delicious crunch. It's a simple homemade dressing that will make any salad sing.
