- 1 small head cauliflower (1)
- 3 Tbsp cold pressed canola oil (45 mL)
- ¼ tsp salt (1 mL)
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper (1 mL)

- Preheat oven to 475°F (240°C).
- Cut cauliflower into medium size florets. Place on foil lined baking sheet. Drizzle with cold pressed canola oil, salt and pepper. Bake for 20 minutes. Turn cauliflower pieces halfway through cooking.
- Serve warm.
Roasted Cauliflower with Cold Pressed Canola Oil
Cauliflower is the new "it" vegetable. This recipe uses simple ingredients but the flavour will have you making it again and again. Using cold press canola oil adds a beautiful colour to the cauliflower. If you don't have cold press/virgin canola oil, use your everyday canola oil.
