- 8 slices whole grain bread (8)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp canola oil (22 mL)
- 1 Tbsp red wine vinegar (15 mL)
- 1 Tbsp honey (15 mL)
- 1 tsp prepared mustard (5 mL)
- 8 lettuce leaves (8)
- 8 slices cooked chicken (8)
- 8 slices marble cheese (8)
- 1 yellow pepper, thinly sliced (1)
- 2 medium tomatoes, sliced (2)

- Arrange 4 slices of bread on cutting board.
- In a small bowl, combine canola oil, red wine vinegar, honey, and mustard. Mix well.
- Spread approximately 2 tsp (10 mL) oil and vinegar mixture on each slice. Layer lettuce, chicken, cheese, peppers, and tomato slices.
- Top with remaining bread slices. Cut sandwiches in half to serve.
