Earth Day – April 22

Did you know that we grow all of the food to feed the world on less than 1/32nd of the planet?  That is a tiny sliver of the Earth.  I just love The Earth as an Apple as a visual activity to remind us all how very important it is that we care for the land.

Farmer Curtis McRae is one of the many farmers that are taking great care of this planet while growing healthy food for us all.  Watch his story here:
