What Ellen’s Lovin’
It’s one of my most favorite times of year. Being a farmer’s daughter, it’s something that resonates so much with me. Harvest transports me back to my childhood and celebrates the bounty of our farmers.
I love the smells, sights and sounds of the fall harvest. Maybe that’s why I got married in September. And why we host our #CanolaConnect harvest camp.

A Yoga Break
Some days are full and you just need a mental break. Unfortunately on those full days, time isn’t often on your side.
This 20 minute yoga video from Keith MacPherson is my go-to pick me up. It can be done anywhere you have enough room to unroll a yoga mat. It’s under 20 minutes, gets your heart pumping just enough to leave you feeling alive and recharged for the next task on hand.
I hope you enjoy it as much as I do. #YogaLove

Your Feedback is Wanted
To me, September has been a much better time for new resolutions than January for many years. As the school year begins, there are new books, new shoes, new dreams of what could be for students, teachers and parents.
As a working professional with some involvement in community activities it is also a time for new-ness. There are more meetings, more talks to prepare and to present, more questions to answer, more suggestions to consider. And this is where we’d like to hear from you.
Your feedback is important to us. Please take a couple of minutes to fill out our survey. For every comment or suggestion, I promise a ‘surprize’.
