- 2-3 Tbsp canola oil (30- 45 mL)
- 1.5 lbs cooked potatoes, cut into quarters (750 g)
- 1 tsp cumin seed (5 mL)
- 1 Tbsp turmeric (15 mL)
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander (2 mL)
- 1 Tbsp cilantro, chopped fine (15 mL)

- Heat 2 Tbsp (30 mL) of canola oil in saucepan over medium – high heat. Add cumin seeds, turmeric and coriander. Sauté for one minute.
- Add potatoes and sauté for 15-20 minutes until reheated throughout and nicely browned. Remove from heat.
- Drizzle with 1 Tbsp (15 mL) of canola oil. Add cilantro . Season with salt and pepper. Serve immediately.
