Tex-Mex Seasoning
- 2 tsp chili powder (10 mL)
- 2 tsp paprika (10 mL)
- 1 tsp cumin (5 mL)
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder (0.5 mL)
Popcorn
- 1 Tbsp canola oil (15 mL)
- 1/4 cup popcorn kernels (60 mL)

- In a small container, combine seasoning.
- In a large saucepan, heat canola oil over medium high heat. Add popcorn kernels. Place lid on and let kernels cook, shaking occasionally to prevent burning. When the popping slows to 3 to 5 seconds between pops, remove pan from burner.
- Sprinkle Tex-Mex seasoning over popcorn and toss once again.
