Top 10 Exercises to check out in the New Year

 1. Clock Lunges.  Lunges are great for your whole lower body but doing them in all directions really makes sure that you’re getting every little muscle. Video

3. Here is a great exercise for your abs! It’s a hard one that you might need to work up to but you could modify by keeping your feet on the floor to start. Video
4. Hip Extensions. These are great for your butt! If you want to ramp it up a bit you could put a hand weight behind the knee of the lifting leg. Video
5. Here is a great all inclusive lower body burn! Wall sits can be done in many different ways. The way shown is basic but if you want to make it harder you can pick one leg up at a time and feel the burn! Video
6. Want to get rid of that little pouch right around your belly button? Here’s a great exercise to help you out! Video
7. Here is a set of great arm exercises that you need minimal equipment for. You’re making sure to get all the muscles in the arm and shoulder area. Do 2 sets of each and you’ll see great arms in no time! Video

Using these video clips you can build your own workout. You might use all of the lower body moves one day and then all the upper body moves the next day. These are all strength moves that would be great to work into a set of intervals.
