If I’m looking for a quick, simple, delicious party food – this is my go-to recipe! I first had these dates at Segovia Tapas Bar in Winnipeg and think about them all the time. Pro-tip: The recipe calls for 20 dates but if you make the filling using a full container of mascarpone you will have enough to fill 60+ dates.
