Sporting event parties and food go hand in hand.  If you are hosting or attending a Super Bowl Party this Sunday don’t leave your health at the door – take it with you!

Bean dips are a great way to add some healthy protein and fibre to the party table.  Serve them with fresh veggies, home made pita chips or choose a whole grain cracker (just be cautious of the salt).

So wether you’re cheering for the Patriots or the Giants or holding out for Madonna’s half time extravaganza make your own health a part of the game.  Besides, if you want arms like Madonna’s you better be filling your plate with the right choices!
