Popcorn & Fairs with food!
July is Fair Season in Alberta and cannot wait to meet everyone at events around the province. Our first stop is at the world-famous Calgary Stampede, then Taste of Edmonton and East to Vermillion to a three-day regional fair.
Popcorn is always my favorite snack at these events: regular, kettle corn or caramel. One of my favorite homemade recipes is Cinnamon Roll Popcorn. This popcorn bursts with flavour but only takes a fraction of the time of regular flavoured popcorn to create at home. You will love it! See you at the Fair this summer at the popcorn booth!
